Duo Dufonte, founded in 2019, is a harp/flute duo consisting of Hedwig Brieffies on harp and Iara de Carvalho Perillo on flute. They both obtained their Bachelor degrees at the Conservatory of Amsterdam with Erika Waardenburg (harp) and Marieke Schneemann (flute). They aim to discover and promote the hidden treasures of Dutch musical compositions, both old and new, but also to present more well-known works. By integrating a variety of styles and influences into their performances, they strive to appeal to a broader audience while remaining faithful to their dedication to Dutch music. As a duo they received masterclasses from Gwyneth Wentink, Miriam Overlach and the Borealis Trio. They regularly give concerts at renowned venues and festivals, like Klaterklanken and Nationaal Bomenmuseum Gimborn, and participate in competitions. In 2020, they won second prize at the Rosa Spier Harp Competition in the Ensemble category and in December '23 they recorded two pieces on the ‘Forbidden Music Regained festival’ for a CD of Donemus, released in 2024. As a result of this, they have been invited to perform on the NPO Radio 4 program ‘Podium’ as well as on Concertzender Actueel.

I-MOTION
trio
I-MOTION TRIO, consisting of musicians Loïse Campagna and Iara Perillo, and dancer Salya Berraf, is a trio where the main emerging idea is to allow different art forms to meet in order to create immersive, interdisciplinary performances for an inclusive audience. All three met during their studies in Amsterdam and share the same vision and will to connect with people on an artistic level, as well as expanding and enriching their own artistic world.
Through their unique blend of music and movement, they delve deep into the intricate dynamics of body, sound, and space, challenging the limitations of a singular reality.
The trio embarks on a transformative journey at the intersection of art combining voice and movement (Salya), flutes and Live Electronics (Iara), and double bass and Live Electronics (Loïse).
Immersive soundscapes, fluid movements, and poignant poetry define the trio's performances.
